Date of expiration of my subscription

Yesterday I signed up for your Ultimate product with special conditions through a chat conversation ref. (Case number removed)

You assured me that my subscription will expire on October 21, 2026.
I can't see anywhere in my personal account information is that expiration date.
It only appears that the next payment will be in September 2026

What I put below is the paragraph in your chat in which you confirmed that expiration to me:

Hi, this is Banerjee. I get bills two times each year. One says my subscription is expiring in December. Another says April. I think I may be supporting a spammer or hacker. Here is what I signed up for.
