Open AVG Secure browser and click on 3 vertical dots at the top right corner. Select "More tools–>Extensions" from it.
If you have Adobe Flash Player listed, you can remove or disable it.

2. some websites only work with Chrome browser others just with Microsoft Edge, so I have these browsers and Firefox installed on my old Windows 10 PC. Are these unused but available multiple browsers slowing down my laptop? (it's pretty slow especially when ads are popping up).
