Hey Everyone,

Firstly, does anyone else having issue with tech chat support? I fill the form and I'm stuck on "loading" for ages. No one ever pops up...

Secondly, perhaps someone can help me with my issue. My old laptop died on me lately. I want to move my subscription to new one. The FAQ's say "uninstall AVG from old device" but since that device is dead that's not really a runner. Any thoughts how else to ensure then when I install AVG on new laptop and enter my activation code it won't be rejected saying it's already in use?

Thanks.

Adrian
Hi Subhashri,

Thanks. I'll do that. But where do I send the screesnhto to? Article says to attach it to email corespondence with AVG support but as I'm dealing with you through this forum I can't attach it here as it will make my subscription key visible to everyone. Can you send to my registered email a note I can follow up on with the screenshot?

Thanks.

Adrian
