Deducted my money from my bank account

However, you do not have an active AVG subscription registered under the email address that you used to contact us here.
It could be possible that your AVG account is registered under a different email address of yours. I have sent an email requesting more details, please check your inbox and spam box as well and revert it.

I already cancelled the subscription last year. Why did I get a deduction from my bank account again this year. Pleased check. I did not renew it.
