Defective Ad Blocker

Hello John,

We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The ad-block issue is working under high priority.
As we are uncertain about the time limit. We request your patience.
It will be fixed at the earliest possible.
Thank you.

You have been aware of this issue for 3 weeks. You have been responding that it would be fixed "within a week" for at least 2 weeks, including in is reply to a report 2 days ago. The failure of this service is causing major performance and usability issues. When will it be resolved? Is there an Ad Blocker Add-in I can utilise instead?

When exactly will this be fixed - not just in terms of "within another week"? You cannot expect customers to have confidence if you cannot provide the basic services.

To be honest, if you are unable to roll-back to a prior working version instead of trying to fix what appears to be a defective upgrade in live, leaving users without an effective service for 3 weeks, then I'm not sure that your design, development, testing and implementation processess are fit for purpose.
