I am sorry, but I do not even know what you mean by:
Dump of frozen DriveDefrag.exe (right click in Task manager on it and chose Create Dump File).
I am just a PC-user and absolutely no expert, so I tried my very best.
I could not find DriveDefrag.exe in the task maganer, so I started the defrag in AVG.
Then tried to make a dump file, but got an error massage: "can not create dump file"and "Acces denied". And when I close the AVG PC TuneUP, the DriveDefrag.exe is gone from the Task manager.
So, I do not know what to do.

I am trying to defrag an external backup HD of 1.5 TB for days now. Somehow AVG Tune-up gets stuck halfway and has stopped the defrag. There is no error message, but Avg-defrag is more or less permanently stuck on "5 hours to go" and nothing seems to happen.
I have spent at least 10 hours to defrag right now. Seems a bit too much ?
Any clues ?
