Delayed Response - VERY Frustrating!

Thank you for your "very polite token response" BUT you have not provided any assistance! Does "soon" mean 1 day or 1 week or 1 month or ??? I would like to know when I can expect to receive a refund?

Your response suggests that AVG is intentionally delaying any refund process that they have. It seems that their process is very efficient for taking customer payments but after that their customer service is non-existent! This is a very poor business model!

I am waiting for a refund and the response time and attention from AVG is VERY frustrating!

I renewed my subscription on April 6, 2017 (order 9839523872). My renewal was never acknowledged in my account purchase history and my subscription was not 'automatically' re-activated as I was led to believe they would be. I submitted a support ticket (04536063) to have this resolved but support was not able to fix the problem in a timely manner so I decided to cancel my service and request a refund of my renewal charge. Further communication re my refund resulted in an additional refund request (04588800) for whatever reason I don't know.

Here I am, 3 weeks later, with the only communication from AVG being due to my own inquiries. I have not received any AVG generated response from tech support or the refund department. Clearly, AVG does not provide any customer support other than very polite, token responses to inquiries.

What can I do to obtain a refund on my payment that was taken for no service provided???

Richard, The reason for delay in processing the refund is, the payment was not completed successfully at first place. We can see order, however it is just a payment issue. And it is the same reason why we couldn't help you with the installation as well. We are now in touch with the payment gateway team and once we receive more information, we will be able to process the refund. Apologize for the delay. We still keep your ticket open in our end. We would request you to wait for 5 more business day.  Thank you for your understanding.
