Once we remove your personal data from our systems, you will no longer be able to use any active AVG licenses and services that you may have subscribed to. We are unable to refund any remaining subscriptions or products as a part of the data removal process.
Please respond to this email and confirm that you really wish to have your personal data removed from AVG systems. Once confirmed, we will initiate the process and we will inform you once the data has been removed. Please note that this is a one way process and once the data is removed, we cannot restore it.

Please note that in case you are using AVG products or services, they may stop working as your records are being removed from our systems. Similarly, if you contact us during the removal process, we may not be able to look up your details.
The removal process may take up to 40 days.
