Deletion word templates

Please clarify the exact operation that you've performed using AVG TuneUp before the issue occurred.

PC tune up deletes my saved word templates. How can I prevent this? 
Files are saved under C:\Users\bartd\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

Just the normal actions performed by tune up. My settings are these: clean registerproblems, clean browsercache, clean broken shortcuts, clean unnecessary system files.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We always recommend you to review the scan results before cleaning them to avoid losing any necessary files or folders. 

After a maintenance scan in AVG TuneUp is finished, please click the right arrow head against 'System Junk' to see the sub items included in it and review each one of them and untick the files that you would like to keep.

Unfortunately, we cannot recover the already deleted information.
