I suggest you to disable AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN to check if you're able to access the websites.

After I uploaded an update and ran the maintenance on my computer it now comes up on some web sites as:  access denied with this server.  I have taken off the adblock and it doesn't help.  What do I need to do to have access to these sites again.  They are ones I have accounts with so not a spam site.
