Denied access to Tesco website

We are sorry to hear this. We'll check and help you.
Please disable AVG Internet Security using the below steps and check the issue.

  • Right-click the AVG icon in the notification area of your Windows taskbar, then in the menu that appears, click the green slider next to Protection is ON.
  • Click OK, stop to confirm that you want to disable all AVG protection.
  • The slider turns red (OFF), and all AVG components are disabled. AVG protection will re-enable automatically the next time you reboot your PC.

I am being denied access to the Tesco shopping website and receive the following error message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB?" on this server.

I can access it from my phone and my work laptop, just not my own pc where AVG is installed. Please advise.

In this case, kindly quit the AVG AntiTrack by right clicking on it present in system tray then check the issue.
