I submitted my white-listing request but no answer yet.
This is Adnan Khan CEO of Developer Tribe (Pvt) Ltd.
Our software Systimizer Setup and Application executable files are detected as a "Win32:Malware-gen" by AVG.
Systimizer is available for download since August 2016 and was first time classified as Deceptor by AppEsteem on Oct 05 2017. The issue has now been resolved as of Fri Oct 27 2017 and Systimizer is removed from AppEsteemDeceptors list.
It can be verified on their site here https://customer.appesteem.com/deceptors (turn on "Show Resolved" option)
Our software doesn't contain any malicious code and wasn't bundled with other software in any point of time.

Regarding the email as I said I dint get it, neither is it in spam folder.
Can kindly ask them to resend the email.
Regarding the detection I checked now and it is gone.
