Device scanning for open ports

Hi Nathan,

May I know in which device you are facing this issue please?
Is it Windows PC or Mac OS?
If possible, could you please share us the screenshot of device scanning for open ports in order to check and help you further?

Hi, a device on my companies' network was flagged as possible threat as it was scanning my computer for open network ports. I accidently clicked ignore. How can I reverse this instruction? I cannot find anything in settings > blocked and allowed apps. Thanks

The day after you billed me I cancelled my AVG account. Why hasn't AVG refunded my money?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Nathan.
We have sent you an email asking you to connect with our AVG free remote technician and please reply to that email for further assistance.
Thank you.
