Devices not working

Hello -
All of a sudden, my 4 devices connected to AVG VPNs are not working. I think it may have something to do with my Mac Mini I sent in to be recycled as it no longer works? The hard drive was returned to me today.

I purchased my AVG multi-device subscription using that device and obviously cannot remove my subscription from that device. I logged into my AVG account on another device that does not subscribe to AVG but I cannot see anything specific about all the devices connected to my account.
