Did i buy a useless protection avg product

the malware that is on my computer is still popping up, COMISOPOA.CO.IN i am POd bigtime that i buy this AVG antivirus malware program and its still popping up. pissin me off that it is still o here…how do i get a refund?

I am sorry to hear that, you are getting malware pop ups on your computer. We'll certainly look into this and help you. You do not have to worry your computer is safe and protected by AVG. To be on safer side, I would request, you to run a Deep-scan on your computer. To run the Deep-scan follow the instructions below :

  • Open AVG AntiVirus and select the type of scan you want to run.
  • Deep Scan: Click Run other scans ▸ Deep Scan.
After running the scan, please let us know, if, you find any other malware on your device. Additionally would, you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the malware pop up that, you are receiving in your screen. If needed, please find a quick guide on how to take a screenshot here. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
