i didn’t receive an email after I signed up for the free trial for AVG Tune Up last Dec 26, 2025 but I got a notice that the order summary was sent to my email, which had the order number too. But to date, I have not received an email from AVG regarding the free trial so i do not have the download link yet up to now. Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Niestety nie znam odpowiedzi ale mam pytanie, czy rozwiązał/a Pan/Pani problem bo mam podobny - wpisałem zły adres email. Jeśli tak to w jaki sposób?
I called up AVG Support at this number +1 844 259 8811 and someone helped me. They are still looking into it as they said there seems to be a glitch with my availment of the free trial. They said they will check first then get back to me soon.
