Thank you for your reply. I won't comment on the unvailability of the Chatline as the solutions are obvious.
However, to ensure you clearly understand my requirements you need to read the correspondence on the previous request number 06231953: the other is the AVG order history against my wife's account.
You will read from the previous request response from AVG that I require ONLY 2 AVG TUNEUP LICENCES, ONE FOR MY LAPTOP AND THE OTHER FOR MY WIFE'S. Iaw the statement made in AVG's reply the AVG TuneUp licences that are needed by me and my wife are Licence number starting TMOTP-(expires Aug 17 2019) and Licence Number starting TMNEM-(expires Oct 31 2020). All other AVG TuneUp licences including the unnecessary one not shown on my order history that was renewed on Aug 31 2018 ARE NOT REQUIRED and as such my subscriptions should be refunded.

Why is it impossible to contact AVG? Email option isn't available, their Chat line is never available leaving the only option to phone them which I have no intention of doing. I am trying to resolve a billing for 3 licences of AVG TuneUp for one laptop but can't contact AVG Support to sort it out. This is the second time this problem has arisen(Request Number 06231953). I shall not be renewing any of my AVG products once the licences expire and find another company with a suitable product and good customer support.

Apart from the license number that you mentioned here, there is another license available for AVG PC TuneUp available on your ****@gmail.com account renewed on 31st August 2018.
