Digital River Payment

If the payment went for AVG via Digital River, it should be mentioned as "DRI* AVG Technologies". The last transaction was done on 2019-07-13 in our records. Transaction on 29th August doesn't seems to be related to AVG. We request you to contact Digital River to assist you with it or you can reach out to your bank/card issuer.

Hi, I have become aware that payments from my direct debit to AVG have changed name to Digital River and found that I have been charged twice for the AVG Protection software. The first payment went out of my account on the 16th July 2019 to DRI AVG Technologies CD1718 DEB £99-99 and again this month on the 29th August 2019 as DIGITAL RIVER CD1718 DEB £99-99, this could be a mistake due to the change over but I am not prepared to pay twice for the product. Will this mistake be corrected as soon as possible. thank you.

Neil, Digital River is only of the very common payment merchent used worldwide. AVG also use Digital River's payment gateway for secured payment transaction. 

We believe that you have two accounts with AVG. I am sending you an email with detailed information on your two accounts. Please check your email and write back to us.
