Hmmm, OK, down the rabbit hole i go
We are a Kaseya customer and license AVG through them, when we installed AVG 2016 we found that we were getting pop ups telling users about HMA VPN and they could use it now free. Being on a corporate network we don't want our users to be able to encrypt their traffic nor do we need to hide their IP by anyone, this is done by our external firewall. Enabling HMA VPN actually makes them less secure as we've put a number of measure in place to protect them, if the traffic is encrypted we can't detect what they're doing and protect them.
I've been speaking to Kaseya support about this for months but they say AVG aren't coming up with a solution to this, is there a way to disable HMA VPN on a corporate LAN or at the very least disable the pop ups?
Thanks in advance
