In trying to complete a windows repair, but avg is stopping me. How do i disable avg from cmd in winRE? My pc lost power during an win update, and is now looping when booting

Please let us know what happens exactly while booting. Do you receive any options in a loop?
If so, share us the snapshot of the page that you receive in a loop for better clarity using mobile/camera.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to stop AVG via command prompt. Also, let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is stopping you from repairing Windows & whether you use AVG Free Antivirus. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscription under your account.
