Discontinuing AVG

Last year I set up an AVG account for 3 years.
On doing this I was under the impression that I had technical support too.   Needing help I contacted you and was told this was not the case.  In light of this I wish to cancel the AVG security for my computer.
Will you please deal with matter and refund any monies owing to me.
