We regret the inconvenience this may have caused.  
We will certainly check and help you. 
We are sorry to inform you that AVG TuneUp doesn't scan external disks in Disk Doctor anymore because there were a lot of problems with them, such as the device disconnects during the fix and then it went all the way, so we decided to completely eliminate it because the problems could not be solved on our part (by, that it is Windows functionality).

Hello,

AVG Performance (AVG Tuneup) with the Disk Analysis tool by Disk Doctor, it doesn't see my WD Eelements 25A1 USB device of 4Tb USB3 for analysis.
The disk drivers are up to date.
Microsoft Driver version 10.0.19041.789 dated 06/21/2006
