I am non interested in any other programm by AVG. If AVG is not able to make sure that I can use my paid programm in a usual way then I don't think that you really enable me to use the paid programm in contractual way.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you try to run a scan from fix performance, it will ask you to buy AVG PC Tuneup. So, please run a scan by clicking the "Scan Computer" floating button present in the middle of the program.

Hi, I have installed the AVG Internet Security programm. Now I like to start a new scan of my computer, but always the AVG Tune Up programm disturbing this procedure - I should buy it, start the programm etc., althoung I haven't installed it ! I have looked with explorer and have deinstalled the AVG Tune up software. But, it isn't possible to get my Internet Secusrity menu to start the scan.
What can I do ?

Sorry, but it is possible to reach my dashboard. I have no admission to dashboard/menu on my Internet Security.
If I start my AVG dashboard/menu, then I get the Tune Up advertisement. Therefore I am unable to use the AVG Internet Security programm.

This is just the problem. I could do the scan with AVG Internet Security programm and I didn't need the Tune Up programm for that. Why should I buy the Tune Up programm, when I can do it with the bought Internet Security Programm ???
The ads of Tune up don't let me use my bought programm. This seems not be normal !!!
and why does it work with the AVG Internet Security programm some days before and now it doesn't work because I am not able to call up the menu of Internet Security programm !!?? to start the scan because the Tune Up programm overload my normal menu !

I am sorry to know that you aren't happy with the answer provided in the previously.
In the latest update of AVG, scanning process has been changed.
If you click on "scan computer" on the dashboard, it will show three stages of scanning.
First is to check bad add-ons on your browser, second is the known virus and malware scan.
Last is the fix performance scan to find the errors on your PC.
If you aren't interested to try the fix performance then you can abort the fix performance scan progress.

If you will click on that button it will scan your computer issues. However, to fix those issue you have to purchase AVG PC Tuneup. AVG PC TuneUp is an extremely powerful system maintenance and optimization tool which will help you clean your system, fix problems, improve stability, extend battery life, free up hard drive space, and generally keep your PC running at peak performance (these features are not available in AVG Internet Security). Please understand AVG Internet Security is for computer protection and AVG PC Tuneup program is for computer performance.
