Thank you.

Dear AVG Support,

I get the DNS Hijack message on my router during the Network Inspector scan. Before the scanning started, I had stopped the AVG VPN.

I have followed the instructions to set the Google Nest DNS to 8.8.8.8.

I did the scan again. Now it is my laptop which had DNS Hijack.

I changed my laptop's primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 respectively. After reboot, I ran the Network Inspector scan again, the results were all clear.

But then I ran the scan again, it showed my laptop has DNS Hijack again! The other laptops on the same network are fine, except for this laptop.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Elan Lim
