Double billing by AVG

I understand the inconvenience. From your account, I see that you have renewed AVG Internet Security recently. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About > Subscription > Click "Enter the license". If you don't have an option to enter the license, please click "Logout" and remove license. Then activate the program by entering the new license number.

You withdrew AUD $74.99 on 13 November 2017 for product - order No 710-9578990 - name David Dunkerley - now today you have sent an email saying my product is expiring - can you please check your records and perhaps delete a duplicate account ? - Am I still covered?
