Double Charging

I do understand your concern and checked your account.

Initially you have purchased the AVG TuneUp. Since your auto renewal is turned on so the renewal charge was deducted from your account and also prior mail was sent to you.

I have sent you a email regarding this concern, If you wish to get refund for the current AVG TuneUp subscription, please confirm us and reply to the email.

I was just looking at my account and I appear to have been charged an overlapping charge for Tune Up. The details are as follows:

1. Internet Security - Paid up to Sept 23 2022

2, Tune Up - Paid up to 22 August 2021

3. 2nd Tune Up Charge - Paid up to 26 April 2022 - Ref - MTXFVJ -N42CQZ-49L74W

It would appear that I have been charged this April whilst I still had a current and valid Tune Up service. I should therefore appreciate return of this second amount - Approximately £48.00
