Double debitting of my account refund - reg

I have purchased your Internet Security Product on 2.1.2017 for Rs.1551/- my order no.701-6184539.
My account was twice debited for which I have lodged a complaint to you and you replied it will be
recredited in another 5 to 10 days. According it was credited yesterday on 10.1.2017. But to my supriese once again you have debited my accountt for Rs.1551/- 

Kindly rectify the mistatke atonce and credit me the amount.
