I'm getting a bit frustrated with this company, taking out another subscription payment when it is clearly that I have already renewed for another year. Also, repeated messages saying to renew this account is getting annoying when I have already renewed. I'm tempted to cancel this entirely, especially if I don't get my refund back of $99.99 on my credit card.
