I paid for subscription on one computer. It said my license was for unlimited computers. When I tried to load it onto my second computer, it did not recognize my login and I ended up paying twice. How do I get refund on second payment and how to I get both computers to operate on the same account? Please respond to paul@lorenzenfamily.com. Thanks
