I recently accessed MyAvg, and have some queries/problems.
1. It said I had a subscription to AntiTrack, but not activated. I activated it (note it did NOT ask for the activation code) It seems to be working, the icon is there, but in MyAvg, i still says it is not activated.
2. Looking at Payments, I note that there were two payment s made as follows:
#13415098210 April 4, 2019 AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) 49.95 AUD
#13415101310 April 4, 2019 AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) 79.95 AUD
Now, I do not need both. I only need a single device. How do I cancel the Multi device, and keep the single device?
3. The interface needs some serious work. Why would a subscription be shown as active, yet an activation option also appears? Surely activation would not appear IF it was already active.
4. Might I suggest that in MyAvg, a tab for extra products be shown? I am interested in other products, but it would be nice to subscribe to them on this page.

1. Could you please share the screenshot of the AVG which shows AVG Anti-track does not activated?
To check the validity of AVG Anti-track, please open AVG Anti-track - Click on Menu at the top right corner - Go to settings - You can see validity of AVG Anti-track subscription.
2. We have already merged AVG Internet Security subscription and you have AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) valid until April 14, 2022. If you only want to have single device license, we request you to reach our billing team.
They will help you to convert the subscription for single device. Visit support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en to reach our billing team.
3. Please share us the screenshot (http://https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows both activate option and active status for same product?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
4. We already have option to download and use other AVG program from AVG Internet Security Interface. Open AVG Internet Security - Click on Menu- If you scroll down you can see options to have other AVG programs.
