I did try to fill out the form for Technical Suppert but it keeps loading now for one day but it can't be sent so no help from that side to expect.
Therefor I have the following question tot the community
1) is there another way to contact the customer service of technical .support? Or can the contact me?
2) My question is the following: I have two subsriptions in my AVG account. One expires 26 of January but during Black Friday I thought I could renew my subscription. It turns out that I have now two subscriptions (one is valid till november 2023). Each subscription has the same activation code. The creditcard for the subscription of 26-01 is expired and AVG wants me to update to renew. But I have already paid for two years. Do I have to take action or will te one of 26th be automatically replaced by the november 2023 subscription? Who has an idea?
