I paid for the 3 yr program.  Downloaded, but can't seem to get it to run.  Just get your promotional buy 1 yr 2 yr 3 yr.  ALREADY BOUGHT!  NOW WHAT?  I have been trying for over 3 hours!!!  Getting just a bit frustrated AND peeved!
