Downloading a game

I can't seem to be able to download my game in my D Drive. I could do it till recently.  When I press run autorun.exe, a box appears stating  THIS APP HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR YOUR PROTECTION.  AN ADMINISTRATOR HAS BLOCKED YOU FROM RUNNING THIS APP..
I am the adminstrator!!  I believe this has something to do with my new subscription.  I'm not happy!

If I may ask, how did you narrow down this issue to AVG?
Please uninstall AVG Internet Security from your PC and check if that resolves the issue.
