I was chatting to an agent and lost connection. He then sent an email with the Case number 06176866.
I had previously tried to connect to AVG Remote Support site using Google but got an error message that I copied to the agent before the connection was lost. I was advised to try a different search provider which I did - then lost connection. I have followed the instructions in the email using Bing and have now got the following error message:-
"This site can’t provide a secure connection
secure.l*******e.com sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
