Downloading AVG TuneUp - I seem to be unable to download and then install. Can AVG do it for me?

I've already paid and I've already removed the original TuneUp file ap - I received an email from AVG that was headed "We're sorry for the mix-up" and have clicked the download button contained in the "these instructions" section but I can't seem to get it to work so far as then downloading the new AVG TuneUp.

The problem is that when I try to go through the process which is laid out in an email from AVG to download the program (which obviously I have to do before I can install) nothing happens.  The AVG email says "To install your newly purchased product on your device 1. Download (click here to begin downloading your product" - when I click on that, it comes up that it is downloading but when I try to access it, there's nothing there.  I've also bought (and paid for an AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) program and have the same problem trying to download that too.  Can you help??

William, if you have already installed and activated the new version of AVG TuneUp, then you can ignore the email sent as we have notified users about AVG TuneUp new version.
