I understand the inconvenience. I see that you have bought AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years subscription) which is good until 11/28/2019. AVG TuneUp Unlimited deals specifically with optimizing your PC for an enhanced performance, It will not protect your computer from virus or malware. If you want AVG Internet Security for protecting your computer from virus and hackers, I would suggest you purchase it.

HI,

 I originally had AVG Free on my computer and recently purchased AVG. I thought when i down loaded the purchased version that it would automatically over ride the Free version.

I have followed the directions on the email sent with my invoice but the free one only seems to be appearing, still asking me to purchase trh same AVG products. Throught this email i down loaded it again but it is not appearing in my downloads?

 

Am i doing something wrong? Also will the Purchased version work against the free version ths harming my computer?

Or have i not purchased protection??
