Downloading Files

After starting a trial of VPN I can no longer download files. If I turn off VPN I can. Is there a setting I need to change???

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I request you to change the AVG Secure VPN location (open AVG Secure VPN > disconnect > change location > connect) and check if you can download the files. If the issue still persist, then please change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can download the file with enabled AVG Internet Security/AVG Secure VPN.

Worked for 1 file, then next file hangs until I turn off VPN. Any ideas?
