I downloded Internet Security - Unlimited to my laptop today but having great difficulty transferring to my Smart phone (android). I have followed the instructions to download the app, clicked on 3 top buttons to access my Account - I got so far then it says Theft is not enabled but then requires a new pin - as I don't have an existing pin can you tell me how I should progress from here as AVG Customer Services can't help.

I don't get an error message. I don't know if I should proceed to enter a pin number. Is this normal and part of the installation process. Can the anti theft be turned on and off?

I understand that you are unable to enable AVG Antitheft.
Please send me the screenshot of the error message you receive on your android phone.
We will check the same and assist you further.
Alan, you can certainly enable or disable this Antitheft feature from AVG interface.
Open AVG->Click on "Menu->use the toggle button to enable or disable AVG AntiTheft.
You can ignore the message to enter the pin number.
