I paid for AVG AntiTrack 1 year subscription last July.  I have not been covered it seems because the AVG AntiTrack was not downloaded.   Now when I try to download it, it does not allow me to do so.   It tells me my free trial is done.  My order number is (data removed).
Please respond asap.   Is it possible to correspond by phone.
