Downloading my AVG programs to my Mobile Phone

I have both AVG Security premium and AVG Tune-up programs installed in my laptop.  Can I download both programs?  and if so, how do I do this.  I tried from the Phone but it redirected me to the full page, so I'm back to the laptop.
