I have been billed for downloads I don't want and didn't order

Yes I would like a refund for the AVG security( multi device ) I did not order it, I also notice that you billed me for AVG secure VPN I did not order this either, its a product I tried a few years ago and had nothing but problems and stopped using it.
You can imagine my supprise today when I logged in to check what I had paid for and found these products had been billed to me, I now know not to trust AVG and as your products fall due they wont be renewed, AVG no longer represents good value.
