Drawn out cancellation procedure

Hello Anton,

I understand that you wish to cancel automatic renewal from your account. Please do not worry, I see from your record that the automatic renewal is already cancelled in your account and you will not be charged by AVG again.

Why do I have to maintain my subscription for 44 days after cancellation? Is the reason that you will obtain more money that way? 
Please cancel immediately.
