this showed up in my purchase history, but I never even tried to buy anything, now my card has an overdrawn fee, Can I get a refund for this?
Yes this was my old email, I have stoped using it in faver of a free gmail account, since they stoped providng it for free.
I beleave I know what may have happened, I was given a free trial and took it, but couldn't link it to my avg because of it origanaly having my old email, I forgot about it and it went on to charge me for the continuation after the trial, I would like to get a refund if possable. Alan, I'm not quite sure how that link would help, could you elaberate on what to do there?
