Upon checking your account, we see that you've been charged $71.99 for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN on 2019-09-06.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 8/7/19).
If you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded, we do understand. Also, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG Internet Security. As it's automatic renewal is enabled, it awaits renewal in October.
Please let us know how you'd like to proceed with that subscription.

Good evening AVG team,

I have recently found from Monday the 9th September that £58.68 was taken off my bank account which I HAVE NOT even purchased?! I have not ordered anything or are using AVG? I had a look at the orderfind.com where I've seen many other postings about the same issue?

I would like to be refunded as soon as possible.
