Since it had auto renewal enabled, the charge was debited automatically for the renewal.

So: I haven't ordered anything and still there's marking in my bank account that says that I've paid with Visa Electron to DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIE ORDERFIND COM and the amount is 69,99€.
Can I have my money back somehow, I really need them?
