Good afternoon! I would like to request a refund from a product from DRI*AVG Technologies. I haven't installed any paid AVG products. Unfortunately it was my father who didn't understand computer science very well. He didn't know he would be charged at the end of the trial period. I think he got AVG TuneUp. I'm not finding everything that are asking for refunds. And here at my subscriptions I dind't find nothing. But I remember I had canceled it. I don't speak English very well either.
