Let’s take a look at this together. I see that you have bought AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) valid till 2019.6.30 and you have been charged for auto renewal of AVG Internet Security 3 computers (1 year) hence it is good till 2019.5.16. This auto renewal took place on 2018-05-01.
AVG products are sold as subscriptions and remain valid until you cancel them. We try to be clear about this both before and after your purchase, and we explain how to cancel subscriptions in various places, including:

-In our shopping cart before purchase
-In the confirmation email we send after purchase
-In notification emails we send before charging for subsequent subscription periods.

Since the AVG Internet Security 3 computers (1 year) has crossed 30 days from date of purchase, refund is not applicable for it.
If you wish, I can cancel the auto renewal of your AVG products so that you won't be charged for them.

I have just found a charge of £61.99GBP on my credit card for something I have not ordered.
I have had no emails or order details for this transaction.
Why are AVG charging my account for products I know nothing about??
