can you refund my money? How can this happen without my consent and without any email or preavission?

I have had the same issue I have been charged £79.99 on my credit card I have no knowledge of ordering this service and want a refund.  All of my IT equipment is Apple and therefore I don’t need this service.  I can’t understand how I have been billed for this service and would like to know why.

I see on my credit card statement that u have charged me 79.99 , u are charging me for anti virus on a computer that has been out of order for almost 2 years, therefore I  want 79.99 refunded to my credit card account immediately

I had same problem too…
According to my recent credit card statement, I made a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SHANNON, CO. IE".
Unfortunately, I am not aware of having made this payment.
Can I just cancel this payment？
Because I dont want to keep using AVG.

I have the same problem, I discovered the charge on my credit card today. I don't remember subscribing to auto renewal and was upset because the renewal charge was so high.

does anyone know where the fine print is buried and which mouse click led to the sleazery?

we have avg on several computers in our office - looks like i finally have to find another anti-virus system.

I got a notification on my phone that i just made payment amounting MYR129.00 to DRI*AVG Technologies IE. Can someone check what this payment for since i dont recall purchasing any Avast product recently. Mail me at (email address removed) since my current email used to login into myAVG is no longer accessible, much appreciate if you guys can also help me with this issue as well (changing my email for myAVG).

I want to cancel all automatic payments. I hace been charged by DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES,ORDERFIND COM,IE but I don´t know for what.

Hello

I've just found out today that I've been charged 549 dkr. on the 11th of September and I do not remember that I'va accepted to pay anything at all to AVG, which is therefore I'm quite surprised that this amount of money has been withdrawn from bank account?!

Looks like I have suffered like many others. On my last Barclaycard credit card account on 3rd March I was charged £59.99 without ordering anything. I have checked my AVG account and the only programme listed is your Free AVG programme which I have had for a number of years. Please arrange for the refund of the above amount as quickly as possible.

Dri AVG Technologies orderfind IE

Hi, 

I saw from my credit card account that the payment was done without my knowledge to Dri AVG Technologies orderfind IE on 26th Dec. I didn't agree for that! Nobody had informed me about any subscription. I would like to immidiately cancel this 
I urgently want to get my money back and please DON'T USE my credit card. 
It's extremaly unprofessional. 
Please comment. 
PS. I wrote an e-mail dated on 6.01.2020 but without any answer.
