Hi I’ve just checked my bank and there is a pending payment for £69.99 to DRI AVG ???! I’ve logged into my avg account and it shows no active subscriptions since 2022 so what the hell is this and I want to have a refund if it is but I can’t get hold of anyone at avg to ask terrible service
Do't expect a repy from customer services, I have a major problem with my AVG Ultimate, phoned customer care, explained the issue, she said ''I'll put you through to someone who can help you''
Put me onto another person who when I explained again said '''Why has she put you though to me?'
She then asked me where I purchased the AVG Ultimate, I said'' eBay'' she then said, ''Oh well, you will have to ring eBay if you bought it from there''
Absolutely usless, I realised what I was talking to and rang off.
