We do send pre-billing notification email prior 30 or 45 days of product's expiry. Email might get into your spam/junk folder.

Please I have been billed for a payment for 63.49 usd. Please can this payment be cancelled because i dont remember renewing my AVG and i have never had to pay 63.49 usd for renewal and it was a manual renewal.So i do not understand why i am being billed without me knowing about it. Please can this be refunded back to my account thanks.I will manually renew my subscription when i am ready to do that.Thank you and let me know what exactly this payment was for.thanks

Hello please,yes I would still want to cancel the subscription and get a refund.I am in a bit of a financial strain at the moment so i would want it cancelled and get a refund.i would prefer a manual renewal process instead of the automatic process.

I have initiated the refund for USD 63.49 now. You should have received a confirmation email from Digital River for the same. You can see the credit in your account within 7-10 business days.
